Winter wildlife closure from December 1-April 15. Shoulder seasons for horses and runners only. Mountain biking in addition to running/horses mid summer only.

No restrooms. Horses on trail.

Description

This access trail connects to the Northside Loop or Big Top. Moderately steep terrain to the top. Great run for the fall or winter; gets very warm in the summer so go early. This trailhead is open year-round, but access to the North Loop from Red Hill is closed in the winter, so be prepared to be the only one out there between November and May.
